Sustainability & Recycle
Sustainability, recycling and digital supply chains
We address sustainability not as a formal obligation, but as an operational framework for the supply chain.
We design digital models for:
- management and traceability of recycling flows
- waste collection and treatment
- LCA and environmental reporting
- EPR compliance and new recyclability requirements (PPWR)
The objective is to make complex processes involving multiple stakeholders across the entire value chain measurable, verifiable and governable.
Collection and management of PET recycling
An organized system for collecting PET bottles and reintroducing them into a circular recycling supply chain.
Recycling of single-use plastic material
Projects to transform single-use plastic into new raw material, reducing waste and environmental impact.
Textile recycling
Solutions to recover discarded textiles and convert them into new products or recycled materials.
LCA Life Cycle Assessment
Life cycle assessment to measure the environmental impact of products and guide more sustainable choices.
Blockchain for traceability and recycling
Use of blockchain to track recycling flows and ensure transparency throughout the entire supply chain.
Management and scheduling of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
Digital platforms to plan maintenance, reduce plant downtime, and extend the life of assets.
CASE STUDY
CORIPET - From waste to resource
For Coripet, an organization dedicated to selective collection and recycling, we created the CSS Portal, a digital platform that supports the management of the entire plastic waste sorting project.
The Portal makes it possible to monitor and track the flow of bottles from selective collection, with the objective of identifying and enhancing packaging that is actually recyclable, particularly PET suitable for bottle to bottle recycling.
Coripet’s challenge is to intercept, collect and recycle efficiently the PET bottles placed on the market by member manufacturing companies, transforming potential waste into a new resource ready to re-enter the production cycle as r-PET.
In this way, the CSS Portal becomes an operational tool supporting the circular economy model promoted by Coripet, facilitating collaboration between the consortium, local authorities and retail outlets, and improving the quality of the data required to achieve the environmental objectives set at the European level.
